Another day to try new recipes that are both delicious and healthy. Today, I made a world class smoothie with the following ingredients: mixed frozen berries (thawed), a good helping of lean yogurt, 1 small banana, 1/2 orange, and a few slivers of coconut (fresh from the actual nut).
The stick mixer I use for this is honestly a device of wonder. Having never been much of a domestic goddess, and usually leaving the cooking to my far superior kitchen Adonis instead, this simple machine has me happy to try out making things. True, they are usually quick and easy, but that’s not a crime, is it?
